My father aged 71 years is diabetic since last 15-20 years. Recently operated for gangrin and toe and one finger of left foot removed. but infection is there wound is still open . please advice

My operation was dobe on 25 January but problem was continue after 3-4 week when i contact him he give tablates and other things but no benefit after 2 mounth pain again start bleeding also
